Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel from the moment your order has been placed until 14 days from the date you have received your goods.

The goods should be returned to us in a re-saleable & unused condition with all parts, paperwork, and in the original packaging. If you’re exchanging your goods it is helpful if you include details of the item you would like.

The return cost is the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our error).

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel, simply send us an email to broadfieldmowers@gmail.com with the subject line ‘Order Cancellation’. Please include your name, address and order number so we can find and process your cancellation quickly. If your order hasn’t been dispatched you will be notified and receive your refund within 14 days (although this is usually much quicker).

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more specific information.

For goods that arrive faulty, or which later develop a fault, you have 28 days to let us know so we can rectify the situation.

Please be advised that Broadfield Mowers does NOT operate a “Try & Return” policy. We are not obliged to accept returns of non-faulty goods that have been used.  Additionally, please note that we do not cover the cost of returning non-faulty items.

For returns of non-faulty goods, the customer will be responsible for the courier expenses. The returned item’s must be in an “As New” condition, un-used, fully re-saleable, and include all manuals and loose parts.

Warranty

If your item develops a fault after 28 days following delivery or collection, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. We recommend you contact your local manufacturer dealer to arrange the warranty repair. If we are your local dealer, we will usually offer to collect the machine for you.

If you require assistance locating your local dealer, please contact us at broadfieldmowers@gmail.com or call us on 0114 2583855

Faulty Goods

Before any petrol machine leaves our warehouse we remove it from the box and get it up and running to make sure everything’s working. This significantly reduces the chance that anything will arrive with you faulty.

We ask that, if possible, you check your goods when you receive them from the courier and mark on the delivery note if there is any damage. If you don’t have time to check, write ‘order not checked’. Let us know if your goods have been damaged in transit as soon as possible (within 2 working days of receipt) either by calling 0114 2583855 or emailing broadfieldmowers@gmail.com

If your item develops a fault within 28 days of purchase, we will organise collection of the item. The product should be made available for collection in it’s original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will either offer to repair the item, replace the item, or issue a full refund.

We test all returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians the item will be returned to you – in this instance, you will be liable for the return carriage costs.
