Updated UK Mainland Delivery Charges

We want to keep you informed about our revised delivery charges, which have been adjusted due to recent increases in courier costs and fuel surcharges affecting all shipping companies. In response to ongoing rises in courier fees, we have introduced a delivery charge, aiming to keep it as economical as possible. Our new charges are as follows:

Standard Delivery Charges

  • A flat rate of £15.00 applies to all garden machinery items, including lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and similar products.*

    • Certain items of machinery will qualify for cheaper delivery, at a rate of £6.50. This may include electric hand pruners, and very lightweight battery products.
  • Please note that we do not deliver ride-on mowers and other bulky items such as commercial chippers outside of South Yorkshire.

  • For heavy items (over 50kg) there is a flat rate of £35.00.

Delivery Charge for Parts/Accessories – £6.50

  • Postage costs will be calculated in the basket / checkout.

We still offer free local delivery to customers within Sheffield, which can be selected upon checkout. If you are local, we will contact you before delivery to confirm a suitable date.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 4-6 days from when it is placed. Machinery orders will be sent using TNT EXPRESS service. Parts and accessories may be shipped via Royal Mail.

All standard parcels must be signed for. You may be able to specify a safe place upon checkout however, it is ultimately the courier’s decision whether they leave it or not.

Standard delivery is Monday-Friday, our courier FedEx does not deliver on Saturday or Sundays.

We aim to dispatch all stocked items within 2 working days of receiving the order. If delivery is delayed we will inform you via email.

 

Restricted Postcodes

We do not deliver to BFPO addresses such as Ireland, the Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and any countries outside of mainland UK including but not limited to:

Royal Mail
In some circumstances where an item will fit through your letterbox we will choose to use Royal Mail delivery service.

Important Notice
If parcels are damaged or items are missing you should either refuse the delivery completely or sign for the parcels as being ‘DAMAGED’

If the number of parcels / pallets does not match or correspond to the consignment note, this must be stated as ‘SHORT DELIVERY’

Should you not have the time to check the parcel / pallet please sign for the goods as ‘UNCHECKED’

It is your responsibility to ensure that the actions above are followed BEFORE SIGNING. Mistakes cannot be rectified once the packages have been signed for.

All carrier-related damages and discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 working days via email or telephone. We will not be responsible for any carrier-related damage or loss reported outside of this 2-day period.
