UK Mainland Delivery Charges

Orders delivered to the UK MAINLAND are subject to the following charges;

Standard parcel under £150 on a 4-6 day delivery service – £6.50
Standard parcel over £150 on a 4-6 day delivery service – Free Delivery
All standard parcels must be signed for. You may be able to specify a safe place upon checkout however, it is ultimately the courier’s decision whether they leave it or not.

Standard delivery is Monday-Friday, our courier FedEx does not deliver on Saturday or Sundays.

We aim to dispatch all stocked items within 2 working days of receiving the order. If delivery is delayed we will inform you via email.

Restricted Postcodes

We do not deliver to BFPO addresses such as Ireland, the Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and any countries outside of mainland UK including but not limited to:

Royal Mail
In some circumstances where an item will fit through your letterbox we will choose to use Royal Mail delivery service.

Important Notice
If parcels are damaged or items are missing you should either refuse the delivery completely or sign for the parcels as being ‘DAMAGED’

If the number of parcels / pallets does not match or correspond to the consignment note, this must be stated as ‘SHORT DELIVERY’

Should you not have the time to check the parcel / pallet please sign for the goods as ‘UNCHECKED’

It is your responsibility to ensure that the actions above are followed BEFORE SIGNING. Mistakes cannot be rectified once the packages have been signed for.

All carrier-related damages and discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 working days via email or telephone. We will not be responsible for any carrier-related damage or loss reported outside of this 2-day period.
