This CHIP700L wood chipper by Cobra is compact in design and packs lots of power. It is fitted with a petrol 212cc 7hp Loncin engine that delivers plenty of power and it has a generous chipping capacity of 10cm/4″.
Towable – this chipper has been designed to be towed by a garden tractor (not road legal) so transporting the wood-chipper from the garage to its working location is made very easy.
The twin-reversible blades run at 2000rmp and can chip branches with a diameter up to 4″/10cm with ease. The chute of the CHIP700L is self-feeding, this means you can insert the end of branches or sticks into the machine and it will auto-feed the rest, keeping your hands and arms away from any danger. For additional safety, the CHIP700L has been fitted with a safety bar above the feeder chute, when the safety bar is tapped the engine will cut out, ensuring safer working conditions and minimising accidents.
The slim and compact design makes this chipper easy to move around, this petrol wood chipper has large wheels which make transportation over rough or uneven ground no problem and the slim design makes it not only easy to manoeuvre around but also easy to store.
Chippings are blown our of the unique hinged chute, this unique design allows easy access to the blades, meaning if anything does get jammed, it can be easily and safely removed and the work can be continued.
A protective cover, eye protection, ear defenders and gloves are also included.
